Summertime Gallavanting at the Shore

     How wonderful to be able to live minutes away from places that people pay good money to stay in vacation rentals, summer homes, and hotels.  I admit it is nice to stay in a high-rise hotel with a view.  At night the lights twinkle as though you are coming in on a jet plane landing in the city and when you push aside the curtains in the morning you reveal miles of shoreline along the ocean---just glorious.  So instead there are day trips to Atlantic City and points south like Sunset Beach down at Cape May Point.  Soon it will be the Fourth of July which the meteorologists are calling for an "unsettled" forecast.  So I am glad that I have already had some great beach days, one being the airshow for 2013 in Atlantic City and another down in Cape May.  Just sharing some of my photos:
